The Madrid family’s olfactory workshop, The Closerie des Parfums takes its name from those Parisian gardens that combine refinement of senses with the play of the imagination. The journey may have begun in France, but the horizon is open in every direction.


Located between Paris, capital of traditions, and Bordeaux, a wine and spice port open to the world, the Madrid family cultivates a taste for expertise and travel. This brings a dual influence to the heart of its workshop where the excellence of French high-end perfumes blends with the bewitching promise of far-off lands.


Each fragrance springs from this inspiring duality. The noblest of essences in perfumery meet the world’s spices, creating secret affinities between here and elsewhere, like so many olfactory discoveries.


Each perfume is designed by Valérie Madrid, the workshop’s founder, in partnership with a master perfumer from Grasse. Excellence and expressiveness are ensured, so that each bottle takes you on a unique journey with a distinctive emotion.
